Smiley is wearing a pair of her oldest nikes. They were custom made and have her name on them. She used to wear them in the water a long time ago but they are getting old and she is worried they might fall apart. This will be the last time she wears them in the water. They are so worn that there is pieces missing from the sole and are so soft that they move around with every movement of her foot. But that is what makes a perfect water shoe. She talks about how much she loves the feeling of her worn out shoes in the water. They are so bendy and soft that it feels like her very own foot. Smiley is really going to miss wearing these in the water. She steps in and out of the tank getting her whole outfit wet in the process and just splashing around and having a good time. She continues to reminisce about all the memories she's made in these nikes.
